The NWSC International Resource Centre (NWSC-IREC), provides modern training and conference facilities to ensure effective and innovative learning. Our proximity to the Kampala central business district (10 minutes drive) ensures that your delegates can conveniently commute to and from their meeting and accommodation venues. The tranquil environment around NWSC-IREC is ideal for learning and is complimented by an aesthetic impression of light and space. Walking through the building, one is met by beams of sunrays, streaming through the glass paneling, bringing light and warmth of the natural outdoors. The facility offers secure and ample parking space to accommodate over 100 vehicles.

Conference Facilities

Innovation Hall

The innovation floor comprises of two sections i.e. Facilitation space, with a seating capacity of 100 people; and the Kyoga Lecture Theatre with a seating capacity of 50 people.

This space has been designed for use as the main facilitation area which accommodates up to 100 people. Here you can relax, regroup and do innovative thinking or experience alternative learning methods. Like all the other rooms it is fully equipped with modern audio and visual equipment.

Pacific Hall

NWSC-IREC has a state of the art conference hall fully equipped with hi-tech conferencing equipment. The conference hall gallery with a
sitting capacity of 350, is fitted with special audio surround and visual facilities aiding everyone in the gallery to see and hear whoever is on the floor. Internet hot spots are integrated in the hall to ensure secure and high speed Wi-Fi access links.

VC Facility

NWSC-IREC has a state of the art IP-based multi-point access video conferencing facility, that not only allows multi point meetings with your business partners across different time zones and international boundaries but also reduces on travel expenses and improves your effectiveness. We all know that “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
